4.5

Invented by Alina Morse at age 7 and now sold across North America. Zollipops are sugar-free lollipops made with xylitol, erythritol, and isomalt — tooth-friendly ingredients that help support a balanced pH in the mouth after eating. No sugar, no artificial dyes, no artificial flavours. Coloured with natural fruit and vegetable extracts. Six fruit flavours: strawberry, grape, orange, raspberry, pineapple, and cherry. A treat kids love that parents and dentists recommend.
Regular sugar feeds the bacteria in your mouth. Those bacteria produce acid as a byproduct, which lowers the pH in your mouth and, over time, contributes to enamel erosion and tooth decay. Xylitol and erythritol are sugar alcohols that taste sweet but are not metabolized by these bacteria. This means they do not produce the acid spike that sugar does. Xylitol in particular has been studied extensively for its role in oral health and is widely used in dentist-recommended chewing gums and dental products. Erythritol has additional tooth-friendly properties and has the lowest glycemic response of virtually any sweetener available.
Isomalt is the base sweetener in Zollipops that gives the lollipop its structure and hardness. Like xylitol and erythritol, isomalt is not fermented by oral bacteria and does not contribute to the acid environment that damages teeth. It also has a very low glycemic index, making Zollipops suitable for people managing blood sugar levels.
After eating or drinking, the pH in your mouth temporarily drops as bacteria process food particles. This acidic environment is the window in which enamel is most vulnerable. Zollipops are designed to be eaten after a meal or snack. The xylitol, erythritol, and isomalt in the lollipop help restore a more neutral oral pH, supporting a healthier environment for your teeth. This is why dentists recommend them as an after-meal treat rather than a before-meal snack.
Isomalt, Citric Acid, Xylitol, Erythritol, Natural Flavours, Vegetable Juice (Red Beet Juice Concentrate), Annatto Extract, Turmeric Oleoresin, Spirulina Extract, Fruit Juice (Blueberry Juice Concentrate), Orange Oil, Reb A (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia Leaf Extract). 01
How are these different from regular lollipops?
Regular lollipops are made with sugar, which feeds the acid-producing bacteria in your mouth and contributes to tooth decay. Zollipops are made with xylitol, erythritol, and isomalt, sweeteners that taste just as good but are not processed by oral bacteria. The result is a lollipop that satisfies the craving for something sweet without the negative effect on your teeth.
02
Are they safe for kids?
Yes. Zollipops are suitable for children ages 3 and up. Not for children under 3 due to choking hazard. They are free from the top 9 allergens, contain no artificial dyes, and have zero sugar. They are a popular choice with parents of children who love candy but want a tooth-friendly option.
03
Can people with diabetes eat these?
Xylitol, erythritol, and isomalt all have a very low glycemic index and do not spike blood sugar in the way that regular sugar does. Zollipops are widely used by people managing blood sugar levels. As with any food product, individuals with diabetes should consult their healthcare provider about incorporating new foods into their diet.
04
Do they actually taste good or do they taste sugar-free?
This is the most common question and the most consistent piece of feedback from customers. Zollipops do not taste like typical sugar-free candy. The isomalt base gives them a clean, candy-like sweetness that most people cannot distinguish from a regular lollipop. The most common review sentiment is surprise at how good they taste given they contain no sugar.
05
Can I give these to someone with a nut or gluten allergy?
Yes. Zollipops are free from the top 9 allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, and sesame. They are produced in a facility that follows allergen control protocols. Always check the product label for the most current allergen information.
06
When is the best time to eat them?
After a meal or snack is ideal. The xylitol and erythritol work best when there is still food residue in the mouth, as this is when the oral pH is most acidic. Eating Zollipops after meals helps support a return to a more neutral pH more quickly. They are also a good choice after coffee, juice, or any acidic drink.
